Dharmesh Jawarani obtained a B. Tech. from I.I.T. Kanpur, India and an M.S.
and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Univ. of Texas at
Austin. He further completed an M.S. in Science and Technology
Commercialization from the IC2 Institute at the Univ. of Texas at Austin. He
has over 12 years of R&D Experience in the Semiconductor Reliability, Process
Integration and Device Engineering at Motorola, Freescale, and AmberWave
Systems. He most recent position was Vice President, Business
Development, SEMINDIA Solar Cell Division. He has co-authored over 48
publications and has 17 filed or issued patents.
